The theme of this issue is 'Take Care'. To say that 2020 has been an overwhelming year is to not do it justice. Every day we woke up in a major traumatic event - somedays we woke up in multiple traumatic events. I had been working on the idea for this zine way back in 2019 and it feels right to issue it now (wish it could have come out sooner! sorry y'all)

Taking care of yourself can take many forms. In this issue I write about giving yourself a manicure at home, tips on saving money and budgeting, having an emergency plan and first aid basics, as well as how to care for cut flowers (buying myself flowers is my favorite self-care treat).
