The Ties That's Bind is a Zine that includes thread-based projects that might help soothe tension during a pandemic. Some are practical. Some may help pass hours while in quarantine or while taking a break from trying to apply for a job. These are meant to be grounding routines to help when everything seems out of control.

This zine is about the year 1997. includes a long,rambling intro about body image and dave attell. plus writings about my trip to chicago, zines,ego records, having a crush on danny vapid, lots of journal entries and an old interview with emily's sassy lime!

"The sad clown issue". Writings about being a "sad clown", comedy shows, a contribution i wrote for another zine about dave attell. also includes some of my cat art & 'food is my porn"! & MORE it is mostly about dave attell again.....sorry not sorry.

The anxiety issue. writings about anxiety and starting a new medication (sertraline), going to a Doug Stanhope show, Art Therapy, Cat Art & a list of things that make me happy :)
