This collection contains materials related to the Schier-Gross Family. The majority of the collection is made up of photographs from the late 1800s to the early 1930s. Very few subjects in the photographs have been identified. The collection also contains a few documents, postcards, advertising ephemera, and stereographs.

The Williamson County Historical Marker Research Files consist of papers, clippings, photographs and publications compiled by Dan K. Utley between 1984 and 1996. The papers contain historical and architectural information that was used for the official State Historical Marker Program.
