Vol 1. 1924-1939; vol. 2 1939-1947. Includes information regarding Gaupp's father, Dr. Frederick E. Gaupp, who taught at Southwestern. The memoir primarily relates family history. Prof. Bill Jones has written a summary description that accompanies the volumes. The Gaupp's fled Germany, leaving the boys in England and Switzerland. While in England, they were under the care of the famous British historian, Dr. George Peabody Gooch. (typescript mss). Published in Denton , TX.
